Once toasted, transfer to a mixing bowl. - - *In a saucepan add butter, sugar and honey and melt on medium heat until sugar is dissolved. - *Remove from heat and add vanilla and salt. - - *Add mixture to mixing bowl with oats and mix till well coated. (make sure everything is well coated) - - *Now add any extra ingredients that you like(i added in the rice crispies)
    2. Wait for mixture to cool a little before adding in your choc chips.
    3. Leave to harden.. Once hard u can break up bigger pieces if you like(or alternatively, pat mixture into a greased pan to make bars)
    4. Serve with plain yogurt and fruit
