Even though lemongrass is one of my favorite flavors, this was actually the first time that we cooked with it. We like to enjoy this with garlic fried rice, steamed vegetables, steamed spinach and cucumber. Tofu is marinated with a lot of minced lemongrass and bird's eye chili before being fried until golden, crispy and fragrant. With the addition of lemongrass and hot chili pepper, the fried tofu becomes aromatic with a nice kick.
