    1. Take 1 cup Mushroom
    2. Get 1 tsp Fennel seeds
    3. Prepare 2 Cardamom
    4. Make ready Cinnamon 2(small piece)

    6. Take 3 Cashew nuts
    7. Prepare Ginger&garlic paste
    8. Prepare 1/2 Tomato
    9. Get 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
    10. Take 2 tsp Chili powder
    11. Prepare 1/2 tsp Garammasala
    12. Take leaves Coriander

    Instructions

    Instructions to make Mushroom gravy:

    1. Blend tomato and cashew nuts into fine paste.keep aside.
    2. Heat a pan, Once it heated add 1tbsp of oil. Roast πŸ„ mushroom (after sometime it will srink) keep aside.
    3. Heat a same pan, add 3tbsp of oil add funnel seeds, cinnamon, cardamom roast in oil (don't burn it).
    4. Add finely chopped onion saute upto it gets soft. Now, add (step 1)paste. Mix well.
    5. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, garammasala mix well. Now add (step 2) mushroom. Mix well and cover with lid. Leave it for 5min
    6. Don't pour water because in mushroom have water content so, in mushroom release water. After some time if you need water you can add it.
    7. Finely add some Coriander leaves.
    8. Ready to eat!
