Prepare 3 tomatoes

Deep fry the whole fish after gutting for 5 minutes till well done.
One can also pan fry the whole fish.
Fry the sliced onion amd garlic cloves. Sprinkle some cayenne to bring out the garlic flavour.
Add sliced tomatoes and some salt. Stir and let cook covered for 2 minutes
Add chopped spinach and cover. One may have to add some little water
Let cook for 5 minutes and remobe from heat
Add corn flour to 2.5 cups of boiling water and stir till to make a thick paste.
Keep adding flour to achieve a thick consistency that is semi solid. Let cook under low heat and turn regularly with a flat cooking spoon.
The ugali should be done after cooking for 10 minutes.
Serve the fish vegetables and ugali while hot.
