    1. Pick and wash the shoko. Then chop it. This vegetable has lots of water so you have to blanch it either with hot and cold water or wilt it without water by heating up a pot or pan and stirfrying the vegetables till it wilts and the water dries up. This method retains the green color and crunchiness of the vegetable.
    2. Boil and season the meats to your taste.
    3. Boil the roughly blended pepper
    4. After about 5-8mins of cooking and allowing the meats soak in enough pepper juice now add your blanched vegetables and stir in properly. Cover the pot and allow to simmer for 2mins on low heat so the vegetable doesn't over cook. And your Almighty eforiro is ready to be served.
    5. Heat up the palmoil in a pot, slightly fry the chopped onions and Iru. Then add the pepper. Allow to cook for some minutes before adding the boiled meats and smoked fish.
