I prefer to use just meats but for the sake of this recipe, I'll add fresh If you can't source Ugu leaves, you can use Spinach or Kale. It's pretty hard to source fresh Scent Leaves in these parts so I always use dried Efinrin/Nchawu. Ofe Akwu is usually eaten with white rice while Banga soup is eaten with Starch ( pronounced stash by the Niger Deltans.

    1. Wash and Boil palm with enough water.boil for 45mins.
    2. Boil meat and stock fish with salt and a cube of Maggi.
    3. Pound the palm and squeeze with warm water.scope out and put in sieve and pour in warm water.do it with a pot.
    4. Till all the palm fruit finish.make sure you don't add much water so that the oil won't be much.
    5. Then sieve the end result twice because of sand.
    6. Wash dry fish with warm water.and add it,boil oil with intense heat for 1hr it will thicken a bit the pour in the meat and stockfish.(make sure the water from the meat is not much)
    7. Add pepper,Salt,crayfish,Maggi and boil for 5mins.
    8. Stir very well and add the sliced scent leaf.boil for 2mins and bring down.bon appetite.
