Take one bowl, add all ingredients of Litti stuffing and mix it well. Keep it aside.
Mix all ingredients of Litti Cove and mix it well. Now knead the dough with the help of water. Knead till smooth and soft. cover the dough and keep aside.
Now take small size balls from the dough. Roll each dough ball to a small circle. Place 2 spoon of the stuffing in the center. pleat and then join the edges. Roll the stuffed dough balls in your palms.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry it low on flame till golden brown from both sides.
