    12. Take 1/2 cup Dhaniya - (finely chopped)

    14. Take 1 tsp Mustard oil
    15. Take 1 tbsp Red Chilli Pickle spices
    16. Take 1 Lemon - juice of 1 lemon (if you prefer)
    17. Make ready add to taste (1/2 tsp) Salt -

    19. Take 400 grams (1 or 2) Brinjal(big) -
    20. Get 250 grams (4 medium sized) Tomatoes -
    21. Prepare 4-5 potato- (boiled)
    22. Get 2 to 4 Green chillies - (finely chopped)
    23. Take 1 1/2 inch Ginger - long piece (grated)
    24. Prepare 2 tbsp Green coriander - (finely chopped)
    25. Take 1 big onion- chopped
    26. Take add to taste (1 tsp) Salt -
    27. Take 1-2 tsp Mustard oil

    These stuffed balls are known as Litties are usually roasted over. Litti, along with chokha, is a complete meal originated from the Indian state of Bihar.     Instructions to make Litti chokha:

    1. Sieve the flour and keep it in a utensil, put Ghee, baking soda, Ajwain and salt in flour then mix well. Knead a soft dough using warm water. Cover the dough and keep aside for 30 minutes. Dough for Litti is ready.
    2. Take Sattu in a utensil put chopped ginger, green chillies, coriander, lemon juice, salt, Ajwain, mustard oil and red chilli pickle spices in it. Mix all the ingredients properly, if the Pitthi seems dry then add 1-2 spoons of water to it, Sattu Pitthi is ready.
    3. Take lemon sized ball from the dough. With the help of your fingers expand the pieces 2-3 inche in diameter. Place 1- 1 1/2 tsp Pitthi on it, wrap up the dough piece and close from all sides. Press this stuffed pieces to flatten it a bit if you want or make round too.
    4. Heat the electric Tandoor, place the stuffed litti in the Tandoor and cook it by turning sides regularly till they turn brown (traditionally Litti is cooked on a Upla).
    5. Wash brinjal and tomatoes then roast them on gas. Allow them to cool, peel the skins, keep them in a bowl and mash with a spoon. Put the chopped spices, salt, oil and mix properly. peel 5-6 cloves of garlic then finely chop them. Peel 1 onion, chop it finely and mix these with brinjal. Peel 4-5 boiled potatoes break them into small pieces mix well with brinjal. Chokha is ready.
    6. Put Chokha in a bowl, dip hot Litti in melted PureGhee, Litti can also be broken at the centre and then dipped. Serve with Chokha and enjoy…
