    23. Make ready 1 big baingan
    24. Make ready 4 tomatoes
    25. Get 2 boiled potatoes
    26. Take 2 finely chopped oinions
    27. Make ready 5-6 finely chopped green chilies
    28. Make ready 1 inch ginger finely crushed
    29. Prepare 5-6 cloves garlic
    30. Take salt for taste
    31. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
    32. Make ready 4 tsp oil

    1. Method for outer layer of litti:-
    2. In a large bowl combined all ingredints of outer layer of litti except water. Add water gradually & make a dough. keep it aside for a 30 mins. make sure you cover it well with kitchen napkin.

    4. Combine all ingredients of stuffing in a large bowl & mix it well. Keep it aside.
    5. Method for chokha :-
    6. Apply little oil on tomatoes & baingan. roast tomatoes on a gas. make sure you cook it well. Same way roast baingan & cook it well. let it cool down little. remove charcoal skin from tomatoes & baingan. mash it well on a big bowl. add mashed boiled potato in it. add onions, green chilies, ginger, garlic, red chilli powder, oil, coriander & mix it well. Your chocha is ready keep it aside.
    7. Method to make a litti :-
    8. After a 30 mins make a small sized ball from litti dough. Flatten the dough ball with your palms and make a shallow cup. Add stuffing in a middle part. Gently bring together the outer dough cover in the center, while pressing the stuffing. Join and then seal the edges. Likewise prepar all litties. In a panyaram pan apply ghee place your litties on it & cook it till it change its colour to golden brown & flip it. make sure you cook whole little very well. (if need add more ghee). cook all littis.

    10. Serve your littis & chocha togerther in a serving plate. You can accomplish it with tomato - garlic chutney & green chutney.
