Heat up vegetable oil and once its hot, fry plantain and set aside then fry cooked chicken till golden brown
Heat up another pot and once its hot, add vegetable oil from stir in onions then add tomatoes and pepper after a minutes, fry for another 5 to 7 minutes
Add salt, knorr cube and any other spice then stir in fried chicken and then the fried plantain and mix everything together
Finally add diced spring onions cook for another 2 minutes then remove from heat and serve
