    2. Make ready 1 and half cups Couscous
    3. Make ready 1 cup Stock(Gizzard)
    4. Take Olive oil
    5. Make ready Asian Vegetable mix(carrot, bell pepper, green beans etc,)
    6. Take 4 Attarugu(chopped)
    7. Prepare Onions(chopped)
    8. Prepare Shrimps
    9. Get to taste salt

    Instructions

    Instructions to make Vegetable Couscous and Gizdodo:

    1. Make your gizdodo and set aside. Refer to My Gizdod recipe in one of my posts.
    2. Put your Couscous in a Microwaveable bowl, dash in a little olive oil, add in the stock, mix properly and cook in a Microwave for 5mins.
    3. While Couscous is cooking, set your nonstick pan on fire, add 4 tablespoons olive oil. Allow to heat up then pour in the mixed vegetables and stir fry on high heat for 3mins.
    4. Add in your Shrimps, Chopped Onions and attarugu, keep stirring to mix with the vegetables for 3mins.
    5. The Couscous should be brittle as you stir very well. Add it to the fried vegetables and stir continuously till everything is well mixed.
    6. Correct seasoning and remove from heat after 3mins and serve hot, with your Gizdodo.
