Take 4 burger buns cut in halves (mine was homemade)
Make ready 1 bunch Lettuce

Get 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Make ready 2 maggi cubes
Prepare 1 teaspoon maggi signature

Instructions
Instructions to make Mackerel Burgers:
Slice the fish, wash thoroughly and boil.
Allow to cool then debone and mash with a fork.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together till everything is incorporated.
Scoop and mold into a round patty shape, repeat process till you're through.
Heat up a skillet and drizzle veg.oil.
Place the fish patties and allow to cook then turn over.
Toast the inside of the buns and place the lettuce, then the patty and cover with the upper bun.
NOTE: you can also decide to add some mayo, tomato slices or onions when assembling the burger but i prefer mine just this way.
