Wash and cut beans and saughte them in ghee and little salt and pepper.
Now arrange all your sushi ingredients.
Make a chapaati of carrot aata and place it on a silver foil.
Now arrange second layer of sushi rice and then beans layer and lastly little cabbage in between.
Now roll foil and make roll of shushi.Close tightly from corner and steam for 25-30 minutes in a steamer.
When done cut into pieces and serve hot with sauce.
