Wash goat meat and bring to a boil den wen it’s almost cooked u added ur chopped kpomo if it’s still hard if otherwise add directly to meal.
Wash plantain and cut into bite sizes, put in a clean pot set aside to boil with d right proportion of water which is slightly above it to avoid it being too watery and u knw plantain is a fast meal
Turn on d heat add all ingredients ranging from palmoil,chopped kpomo,meat stock,pounded pepper n crayfish, dryfish to enable it cook well and release its flavor in d meal, onion then salt and maggi to taste cover d pot and allow to cook
Wen d plantain is properly cooked check with a fork dou don’t guess den add ur washed dry prawns smoked fish allow few min den add ur scent leaves and vuala food is ready. U can add ur goat meat to it or serve it peppered differently
