    1. Peel and cut the plantain vertically about 1inch which,sprinkle some salt,fry and keep aside.
    2. Boil and debone the fish,set aside,add about 2tablespn of oil in a pan then add the grated onion and pepper,fry,add in the fish,season,add the spices and sprinkle some water,cover and allow to cook for about a minute or till the water drains.
    3. Get your plantain,put in the fish mixture and roll,pin the edge with a toothpick so it doesn't open up(my step by step pictures got deleted🤦‍♀️) dip in egg and fry in a medium heated oil.
