    Steps to make Mint Rice:

    1. Take 2 cups rice wash in water and keep aside for half an hour in water Now we boil the rice.For 2 cups,take 6 cups of water.Boil for 10 mins by covering and then once you get a boil then cook for 5 mins more.Drain out water and keep rice aside.
    2. Now make a mint coriander paste.In a mixerjar,take mint and coriander leaves add 1/2 lemon juice,2 chopped green chilli and churn in mixer.This is our flavour in the rice.
    3. In a pan take 2 tbsp of oil and 1 tsp ghee.first fry cashews,now take par boiled potato and cook with salt in the same pan,take a small piece of cinnamon sticks and 1 tsp cumin seeds;add finely chopped garlic cloves. Add 1 finely chopped onion and 1 green chilli. Now add boiled potato,addsome fried onions,raisins and mix and cook.Leave some fried onions for garnishing. Our mint rice is ready.Garnish with fried onions and mint leaves and some fried cashews
