    7. Get stock-750ml
    8. Take pieces turned-8
    9. Take cloux paste-125ml

    5. Tomato puree& stir in with a wooden spoon
    6. Mix in the stock bring to the boil & skim
    7. When cooked place the meet into a clean pan
    8. Correct the sauce & pass onto the meat
    9. Serve with chopped parsley sprinkled on top of the meet
