    2. Take 1/2 cup water

    Steps to make Pizza bombs:

    1. Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take ½ cup water or milk. - to that add 1 tsp of sugar. (sugar helps to activate yeast) olive oil and fresh yeast and mix well.
    2. Now add all purpose flour.also add salt to taste.
    3. Knead till the dough is soft, smooth and elastic. and also bounces back when pressed. if not, knead another 5 minutes.
    4. Tuck the dough and form to a ball. place in a large mixing bowl.now cover the bowl tightly with cling wrap or plastic wrap and allow to rest and rise in a warm place for about 3 to 4 hours.
    5. Now dough is double in size.Punch the dough with fist to release down the air.
    6. Divide the dough into 7 equal pieces and shape into balls. Cover the dough balls and rest for 1 to 2 hours.
    7. The balls is double in size. Now roll each ball with hand or rolling pin.
    8. Spread 1 tsp of pizza sauce, cheese and olive. bring the edges together and secure tight else  cheese escapes while baking.
    9. Place in it baking tray. now prepare the seasoning by mixing 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, ½ tsp mixed herbs, ½ tsp red chilli flakes and pinch of salt.
    10. Now brush with seasoning oil over all balls.
    11. Further bake in preheated oven at 180 degree celcius for 15 minutes or till it turns golden brown.
    12. Finally, serve pizza bombs hot with some sauce.
