- Add pasta. Tip: I like to throw the pasta in a little under-cooked, gradually adding pasta cooking water to the pan as it cooks.
- Throw spinach over, cover pan and let cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Sprinkle Parmesan and serve!
