Ab dosri patili Mein piyas brown kar ke tamatar, lauki, begaan aur aaloo dal ke pakai… Saare masale dal ke bhunne. Jab aaloo gal Jai tou… Boil Daal Mein mix karde.
Ab 1 cup paani aur imli dal ke pakne dijiye. 5 minute baad stove band karde. Ab fry pan mein oil garam kar ke white zeera, tez paat aur sookhi Mirchi dal ke fry karde aur Daal pe tardka lagade.
