    1. Marinate chicken with a paste of curd,lemon juice,tomato puree,cashew nuts, sesame and fresh cream.Add salt,turmeric,red chilli powder,coriander powder and ginger garlic paste.
    2. Heat oil in a pan.Sprinkle half crushed whole garam masala and fry finely sliced onions till golden brown.Sprinkle pinch of sugar.Set aside.Fry chopped onion.Cool and make a paste of chopped and fried onions.Add ghee to remaining oil and add the marinated chicken alongwith fried onion paste.Toss all,add a cup of water and cook on low flame till done and masala coats chicken.Sprinkle garam masala.
    3. Sprinkle chopped green chillies,cashew nuts and garnish with fried onion and chopped coriander.Serve with pulao,jeera rice or tandoori roti.
