    Instructions

    Steps to make Veg Hyderabadi:

    1. First u can take bowl and add butter or cumin seeds.. then cumin seeds become light brown u can add chopped onion, tomatoes,spinach, mint, coriander leaves and ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste and cashew nuts.. and saute for 15 min.. lid the cover.
    2. Onion and tomatoes looks soft. So close the gas and keep aside mixture for cool.
    3. And then mixture totally cool and crushed them in mixture.
    4. And strain the mixture in another bowl. And take small pan and add butter saute all vegetables cauliflower, french beans, paneer, mutter..
    5. You can take another pan and add butter and add spinach gravy mixture. And add salt, kitchen king masala, kasuri methi and proper mix it well.
    6. And pour all veggies and paneer in this gravy and proper mix it well. And last u can pour fresh cream. Ur sabji is ready.
    7. Serve with naan, rice…
