    1. Prepare 2 cup daal masoor

    1. Soak daal for 1/2 an hour, wash it and add 4 cup water, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, salt, 1tsp ginger garlic paste after that cook it. peel off lokkki & cut it into pieces.
    2. Set aside daal when it's cooked up and mash it a bit.
    3. Take a pan and add in it 1/4th cup of oil & add chopped onion and make it translucent. Add 1tsp ginger garlic paste, 1tsp red chilli powder and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and salt and then bonify for 3-4 seconds and add chopped tomatoes, cover it and cook it for 4mins then add lokki and add 1/4th cup water again cover and cook, when lokki is cooked turn off the heat.
    4. Mix together lokki gravy & cooked daal and cook it for 5mins more and add green chillies and mint leaves.
    5. Take 1/4th cup of oil and add all tempering ingredients into it and make bhagaar.
