    1. This is a simple recipe with equally simple pantry ingredients. Heat Oil and add Curry Leaves at first. Next add slit Green chillies and the rest of the spices excluding Salt. It should be added later on. Okra is sticky by nature. If Salt is added to it in the beginning, it will leave water due to which Okra gets sticky and becomes a bit difficult to cook. So never add Salt to it. Add it just a few minutes before taking it off the heat.
