Prepare 2 Onions finely chopped
Get 1 small bunch Coriander Leaves finely chopped
Get 12-14 Mint Leaves chopped

Make a smooth dough with all the ingredients listed for the dough preparation. Keep aside for 20 minutes. Meanwhile prepare the filling for that. Heat Oil in a pan. Saute the onions until done. Add the masalas and the mince.
Stir fry it on high flame for 3 minutes and then reduce the flame and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes more. Keep it covered and garnish with the greens. Roll the luqmis now. Do it as shown. Roll a medium sized roti and cut it into a square.
Divide into two. Put the filling as shown. Fold them and seal the edges with little water. Deep fry all after done. Serve them hot with Salad and any chutney of your choice. Usually it is eaten as it is or with deep fried Kabaabs also which are made out of this same Mince preparation reserving half of it and deep fried as an extra accompaniment. If required 2 tablespoons of roasted Gram Flour or Besan is added to shape them into round or oblong Kabaabs. They can be shallow fried too. Enjoy!
