    2. Keep aside well covered for about 15 minutes. Divide the dough into two or three equal balls. Roll each into a disc and cut into rhombus or diagonal shapes as seen in the pics. Deep fry on a medium-high heat until golden brown and done. Serve them immediately or can be stored in airtight containers for later use. They stay good upto 15 days or more. Let them cool down completely before stacking up.
