    1. Take 1 glass rice
    2. Get 8 cups Water
    3. Take 2 bay leaves
    4. Make ready 1 inch Cinnamon stick
    5. Get 1 tsp Cumin seeds
    6. Prepare 4-5 cloves
    7. Prepare As per taste black pepper
    8. Get 2 cardamoms
    9. Make ready As required Oil

    13. Make ready 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

    15. Take 150 gms cheese
    16. Get 2 potatoes
    17. Get 50 gms Soya beans
    18. Get 1 cup peas
    19. Get 1 capsicum
    20. Take 2 green chillies
    21. Get 1 cup curd
    22. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
    23. Get 1 tsp Turmeric powder
    24. Prepare 2 tsp biryani masala
    25. Get Few Mint leaves
    26. Make ready As required Coriander leaves
    27. Get For Baristta–
    28. Prepare 2 onions
    29. Prepare As required Oil for frying

    Instructions

    Instructions to make Hyderabadi Veg Biryani:

    1. Take 1 glass of rice and wash it and soak it for 30 minutes
    2. Now for baristta, add oil in wok and fry onion till golden brown
    3. Now after 30 minutes, take 8 glass of water in a pan and add spices 1 bay leaf, 1 cardamom, 1/2 inch cinnamon, 2-3 cloves, 4-5 black pepper, add 2 tsp oil and salt as per taste. Now boil this water and now add soaked rice into it and boil it for 15 minutes.
    4. After 15 minutes, rice almost cooked not full cooked now strain these rice
    5. Now take a wok and add 1 tsp oil and 1 tsp ghee and then add 1 bay leaf, 1 cardamom, cumin seeds, 2 cloves and saute for 1 minute and becomes aromat.
    6. After this add chopped onions and saute it for 2 minutes and then add ginger garlic paste into it and cook for 2 minutes and then add all the vegetables
    7. After saute it for 2 minutes add soya beans, cheese and curd into it.
    8. Now add spices salt, turmeric, biryani masala, red chilli powder and mix it well.
    9. Now cook it for 2 minutes and then add water 1 cup and boil it for 15 minutes.
    10. Now it is almost cooked and now lets start making layers in pressure cooker.. 1 layer of vegetables and then add 2nd layer of rice and add coriander leaves, mint leaves and baristta and 1 tsp ghee.
    11. Now third layer of vegetables and fourthblayer of rice and put over baristta, mint leaves, coriander leaves and 1 tsp ghee.Now close the lid of pressure cooker and cook it on low flame for 15 minutes
    12. After 15 minutes let it cool down and it is ready to serve.
