Prepare 1 cup Gram Flour or Besan
Take 3 cups Water
Get 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Prepare 3 Green Chillies finely chopped or

Take 1 Onion finely chopped
Take 2 tbsp Oil
Make ready 1 small bunch Coriander Leaves finely chopped

In a pan, heat Oil. Add in the finely chopped Onions and let it brown. Next, add in Chilli flakes and stir again.
Add in the turmeric and stir again. Add in the Gram Flour or Besan and roast it for about 3-4 minutes until the raw smell fades away. Let it roast on low flame and as a next step, add in 3 cups of water.
Stir continuously till the Gram Flour has started to thicken to the desired consistency. As the last step, add in the chopped Coriander and let it simmer for a minute. Serve hot immediately.
