Boil and mashed potatoes at first. Add Cubeb Pepper powder, Salt and freshly chopped Coriander Leaves to it. Mix well and keep aside. Meanwhile make the Mince filling. Heat Oil and saute the Onions first. After they are done and lightly browned, add the powdered spices and the Mince.
