    15. Make ready 1 small bunch Coriander Leaves finely chopped
    16. Take For TEMPERING -
    17. Take 2 tbsp Oil
    18. Make ready 2 tsp Cumin Seeds
    19. Make ready 2 Sprigs Curry Leaves
    20. Prepare 1 small bunch Coriander Leaves finely chopped
    21. Take 3-4 Dry Red Chillies

    Instructions

    Steps to make Hyderabadi Besan Ke Dahi Badey:

    1. Using water as required, make a smooth semi thick batter with all the ingredients mentioned for the Badey. That is Gram Flour or Besan fritters in general. Set it aside for half an hour.
    2. Deep fry small balls of the batter in hot Oil on a medium high heat until golden brown and done. Keep the Yoghurt mix ready by adding some water if it's very thick. Now directly add all the fried balls to this mix. Let them get properly soaked until you prepare the tempering. Alternatively you can first add them to the water, then squeeze out all the extra water and then add them to the Yoghurt mix. But i prefer adding them directly rather than soaking them in water.
    3. Temper this Yoghurt mix and give it all a good stir. Serve them immediately as a perfect snack or a starter in any kitty party or a special weekend gathering. Enjoy!
