First wash lehsan properly as it has a lot of mud in it then cut it very fine,very thin.
Knead bajra dough with water and make bajra rotis.
Then chop them in chopper and set aside
Now take a big pateeli and ghee and chopped hara lehsan and cook for 1 min, now add choperize bajra, salt and mix.
Just simmer them properly.
For baingan ka bharta first you have to roast whole baingan directly on flame.
When they roast add them in big bowl full of water.
It becomes easy to peel the skin,then mash it.
Add them in yougurt or you can serve seperatly.
You can add all things together in a plate or serve every thing separately it's your choice.
