First wash lehsan properly as it has a lot of mud in it then cut it very fine (very thin).
Make bajre ki rotis then chop them in chopper and set a side.
Take a big pan add ghee,when melt add hara lehsan and saute well now add choperize bajre ki rotis and salt and just simmer them properly.
For preparing baingan ka bharta first you have to roast whole baingan directly on flame as they roast put them in a bowl of water so it becomes easy to peel the skin then mash it.
Add in the yogurt or u can serve it separately.
