    3. Mix properly add curd & malai and mix… Add water to adjust constitancy of gravy.. when oil seperates add paneer & close the pan with lid.. cook for five minutes..ready to serve
    4. For Neer dhosa: crush soaked rice & coconut to fine paste..add 2 cups of water to make flowing constitancy batter..add salt..
    5. Take non-stick tawa add pour batter turn tawa round so batter spreads evenly..in a minute dhosa is ready
