REmaining Chana maslaa mein biryani masala Dal ke is mein 1/2 cup oil dal ke ready kary.
Sb sy pehle bartan mein 4 glass pani cardamom, salt, cinnamon aur cumin seed dal, dal kar pani boil karen
Jab pani boil ho jaye to chawal dal kar boil karen
Jab chawal 3/4 boil ho jayen to chanay ke sath is ki layers laga daen or last layer pai fried pyaz, mint, desi ghee or chicken cube dal ke 5 mint dam De Dein.
After 5 mint is mein food colour add kar ke 10 mint dum lagaye.
After 10 minutes hyderabadi qabooli rice ready hai
