    1. Collect all dry masalas
    2. Heat kadhai add 1 spn oil put bay leaf and cardamom and dal chini
    3. Now add onion saute it for 1 min now add tomato and green chilli and cover it fir 2 mins
    4. Now add coriander leaf and spinach mix it nicely.now add melon seed and cumin seeds cover it for baithe 5 mins. Off the flame cool it completely and grind it nicely
    5. Now heat kadhai add this paste saute it add masala and mix it add kasuri methi and mix it. Add paneer in it and mix it
