    8. Add sugar if you like. I didn't add sugar as I like them less sweet to taste. Remove from heat.
    9. Pour this flavourd, little thick milk(warm) over the cornflakes-bread filled baking dish.
    10. The warm milk should fully cover the cornflakes-bread layers.
    11. Preheat oven at 170 degree C for 10 minutes.
    12. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 30 minutes.
    13. In the meantime, take 1 cup of cold heavy cream and whip with electrical beater until they form soft peak.
    14. Keep the whipped cream in the refrigerator again.
    15. After 30 minutes of baking, take out the dish from oven and remove the foil.
    16. Spoon the prepared whipped cream at the top and spread lightly to make a thick layer of cream.
    17. Sprinkle some mixed nuts and raisins. I also sprinkle some toasted bread crumbs.
    18. Again bake the dish for 10 to 12 minutes or until the top layer becomes golden brown.
