    13. Take 1 tbsp Ginger (Finely chopped)
    14. Prepare 3 Green chili (slit)
    15. Take 1 tsp Lemon juice
    16. Get 1 tbsp Ginger juliennes
    17. Make ready 2 tbsps Oil
    18. Take 1 cup Water warm
    19. Take Salt As per taste

    Instructions

    Instructions to make Ginger mutton (adraki gosht):

    1. Dry roast sesame seeds, poppy seeds and coriander seeds.  Grind it to fine powder.
    2. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker. Add cinnamon, black pepper corn and onions. Fry till onions turn soft and translucent.
    3. Add mutton and sauté well on high heat for 2 minutes.
    4. Reduce the heat to medium.  Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric and crushed red chilies.
    5. Slowly add whipped yoghurt and stir continuously till it gets mixed well(This will avoid the curdling of yoghurt). Let it cook for 3-4 minutes or till oil starts separating.
    6. Add garam masala powder and above roasted ground masala powder.
    7. Add salt, chopped ginger and cup of warm water.  Pressure cook till mutton becomes tender.
    8. Finally add lemon juice, slit green chilies, ginger juliennes and cook for a minute on high heat.
    9. Dish out, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice…..
