    1. Take a pan and roast the suji on low flame for 4 mins..Roast it properly otherwise it will taste raw.once aroma start to come add ghee to it roast it for another 4 mins.
    2. Other side prepare sugar syrup using water,sugar and strands..Boil it nicely so that the sugar dissolves…At least 10 mins.
    3. When roasting is done add the sugar syrup into it…And mix nicely for at least 10 mins more…You will see ghee leaving the pan…
    4. At last add cardamom powder and 1 spoon ghee for extra flavour.
    5. Garnish it with dryfruits.
