    6. Get 2 tb sp milk powder
    7. Get 1/2 fresh coconut grated
    8. Get 2 tb sp magaj

    Instructions to make Beetroot Halwa:

    1. Wash peel and grate beetroot.
    2. Grind grated beetroot in a mixer.
    3. Now add 2 tb sp ghee in a wok add beetroot and roast it till it gets thick and all its water gets dried. Add malai and mix it very well.
    4. Add 2 cups milk and keep stirring on low flame till milk gets absorb in beetroot. Keep stirring in between. It may take 15 minutes. When mixture gets thick add grated coconut, green cardamoms and sugar and again mix.
    5. Add remaining ghee and milk powder and mix and stir till ghee starts leaving the mixture. Add chopped dry fruits, magaj and mix. When ghee start leaving pan switch off the flame.
    6. The nutritious and healthy beetroot halwa is ready to serve.
