Steps to make Beetroot Halwa:
Heat ghee in a Kadhai. Add grated beetroot. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
Add milk and cook for another 10-12 minutes or until water evaporates and beetroot is cooked.
In the meantime let's make khova. Add ghee, milk and milk powder in a Pan.
Mix well until there are no lumps. Cook until mixture thickens and separate from Pan. It will turn into the grainy texture.
Now add sugar and mix well. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
Turn off the flame and add chopped Cashew nuts and mawa. Mix well.
