    1. Wash rice add to boiling water, when the rice is half done cook strain and wash
    2. Add coconut milk to boil then add your rice, carrots, peas, green beans, salt and stir, cover and allow to cook until rice is soft
    3. Wash and blend your tomatoes,pepper, Scotch bonnet, onion and garlic, pour in pot and boil till the water drain up
    4. Add in oil and chop onion fry then add in seasoning, spices, chicken, meat then keep in frying for 10mnts
