    2. As soon as suji starts getting colour add a cup of water to avoid over fried. Add sugar now
    3. Stir with spoon to make sure even mixing. Add chop nuts as well. Now suji cooked in water becomes thick. Add 1 more cup of water with food colour in it. Cinnamon powder as well
    4. Keep the texture soft mild not thick. Turn off flame. Enjoy hot suji halwa with joy
