    1. First mix the yogurt,water and semolina (sooji).set aside.
    2. Chop all the veggies.
    3. Mix them in the sooji yogurt batter…season it with salt and pepper.
    4. Get the appe pan ready on flame.
    5. Pour very little oil in each cavity.
    6. At this stage add the baking soda to the batter and mix it thoroughly.
    7. Now put the mustard seeds in appe pan cavities. Let it splatter.
    8. Put equal amounts of batter in each cavity and let it cook for approx 3-4 mins.
    9. Turn them over and again cook for 3-4 mins until golden brown.
    10. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or sauce and chutney of your choice. Enjoy!!!
