Peel and chopped cucumber into half. Scrap out middle seeds part.
Grate and 1/2 tsp salt. Keep aside for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, squeeze out water from grated cucumber.
In mixing bowl add hung curd,grated/ squeezed cucumber, finely chopped fresh mint leaves,salt and pepper to taste, olive oil. Mix & whisk well to make smooth mixture.
Pour in serving bowl. Garnish with red chilli flakes. Drizzle all over with olive oil, sprinkle finely chopped fresh mint leaves. Serve/ Relish Delicious Mint Tzatziki Dip with pita bread or french fries.
