    6. Sprinkle dry flour on surface. Roll thin big roti.
    7. Heat up the griddle/tava. Place the roti on it. Cook it from both sides.
    8. Take it on Kitchen towel. Separate both the rotis. Rotis r super soft and just like handkerchief. Apply ghee and serve with any spicy gravy. I served with dal tadka. Enjoy
