Get 1 cup semolina

Get 1 tsp ginger-garlic-chilli paste

Take Pinch Red and green food colour
Prepare 1/2 tsp salt

Make ready 2 tsp oil
Prepare 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
Make ready 6-8 curry leaves

Instructions to make Colourful Semolina Dhokla:
In a mixing bowl take all ingredients except baking soda,salt and water,mix well and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Now add rest of the ingredients and mix for 1 minute.
Divide the batter in 3 portions,add green colour in one portion and red colour in another portion and leave third portion as it is.
Grease a pot with oil nicely,firstly pour red mixture then plain mixture and finally pour green mixture.
Take 2 glass of water in a cooker and let it boil,place grease dhokla tin into cooker and steam it for 25 minutes on low to medium flame.
Heat 2 tsp oil in tadka pan,add mustard seeds,curry leaves and chopped green chillies and let them crackle.
Check the dhokla by inserting a toothpick,allow it to cool down and transfer the dhokla carefully in a plate.
Pour tempering over the dhokla nicely and cut into pieces.
