    5. Take 1 tbsp Jeera / cumin seed
    6. Make ready 10 chopped cashew nuts
    7. Take 2 Chopped green chillies
    8. Take to taste Salt
    9. Get as required Chopped coriander

    11. Prepare as required Refined oil

    Steps to make Crispy Semolina Dosa / Rava Dosa:

    1. Mix semolina, rice flour and maida in a large bowl with 2.5 cup water. Whisk and mix well. Then make sure there are no lumps.
    2. Heat the oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, once the seed pops, add pepper,cumin seeds and cashew nuts. Then add Finely chopped green chilli, ginger and asafoetida, give it a stir.
    3. Make sure after adding all the ingredients, the batter should be in watery consistency. Rest this for one hour, before preparing dosa.
    4. Heat the dosa pan and apply half tsp oil in it. Once pan heated sprinkle some finely chopped onion and pour the dosa batter. Pour one tsp of oil over the dosa and cover with a lid.lower the flame and (2mins)cook until dosa turns golden and crispy.
    5. Fold the dosa and serve it hot with coconut chutney or tomato chutney.
