    Steps to make Mushroom pulao:

    1. Soak rice in water 1:1.5 ratio
    2. Slice mushrooms, Julienne onions. Cut chillies and capsicum.
    3. Make ginger-garlic paste. Dice Coriander and mint.
    4. Add 1 tbsp ghee to a cooker. Let it melt.
    5. Add spices.
    6. Add onions.
    7. Add ginger-garlic paste
    8. Add mushrooms. Keep stirring until onions are translucent.
    9. Drain the rice in a colander. Add it to the cooker. Add chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala. Mix. Add capsicums.
    10. Add 1 1/2 cups of water. Add capsicum and green chillies Add rock salt. Taste adjust
    11. Add mint and coriander. Cook on low flame under pressure for 15 minutes.
    12. Garnish with lemon and serve.
