    1. Get 200 gms mushroom chopped
    2. Take 1 onion finely chopped
    3. Make ready 1/2 cup tomato puree
    4. Take 2 tbsp capcicum chopped
    5. Make ready 1 inch ginger paste
    6. Take 8 cloves garlic paste
    7. Make ready 1/2 tsp black mustard seeds
    8. Take 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
    9. Take 9-10 curry leaves
    10. Prepare 1/4 tsp garam masala
    11. Prepare 1/2 tsp coriander powder
    12. Make ready 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
    13. Prepare 1 green chilli
    14. Make ready 1 red dry chilli
    15. Make ready 1/2 tbsp oil
    16. Make ready 1 tsp butter
    17. Take 1/2 tsp lemon juice
    18. Get 1 tsp Turmeric powder
    19. Get Salt as per your taste
    20. Make ready 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

    Instructions

    Steps to make Mushroom masala:

    1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chilly and curry leaves. Let it crackle. Add onion, ginger and garlic (half of we have) paste. Saute for 2 minutes.
    2. Add tomato puree, capcicum, mushroom, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder and garam masala. Cook covered for 3-4 minutes on low to medium heat. Again removing lid, saute for 2 minutes.
    3. Now, heat butter in a separate tadka pan. Add red dry chilly, few curry leaves and left garlic paste. Pour this tadka on the sabji and mix well. And simmer cook for 2 minutes. Sprinkle black pepper powder and transfer this sabji in a bowl.
    4. Add lemon juice when sabji becomes warm and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with rice or roti.
