Get 200 gms mushroom chopped
Take 1 onion finely chopped
Make ready 1/2 cup tomato puree
Take 2 tbsp capcicum chopped
Make ready 1 inch ginger paste
Take 8 cloves garlic paste
Make ready 1/2 tsp black mustard seeds
Take 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Take 9-10 curry leaves
Prepare 1/4 tsp garam masala
Prepare 1/2 tsp coriander powder
Make ready 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
Prepare 1 green chilli
Make ready 1 red dry chilli
Make ready 1/2 tbsp oil
Make ready 1 tsp butter
Take 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Get 1 tsp Turmeric powder
Get Salt as per your taste
Make ready 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Instructions
Steps to make Mushroom masala:
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chilly and curry leaves. Let it crackle. Add onion, ginger and garlic (half of we have) paste. Saute for 2 minutes.
Add tomato puree, capcicum, mushroom, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder and garam masala. Cook covered for 3-4 minutes on low to medium heat. Again removing lid, saute for 2 minutes.
Now, heat butter in a separate tadka pan. Add red dry chilly, few curry leaves and left garlic paste. Pour this tadka on the sabji and mix well. And simmer cook for 2 minutes. Sprinkle black pepper powder and transfer this sabji in a bowl.
Add lemon juice when sabji becomes warm and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with rice or roti.
