    Instructions

    Instructions to make Murgh changezi:

    1. Marinate the chicken with half cup curd 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tbsp red chilli powder and salt and keep aside for half an hour
    2. Take a pan add a little oil and saute the onions and cashew till light brown churn in grinder into a smooth paste
    3. Take 2 large spoons of oil and add the marinated chicken and fry till half cooked
    4. Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil to heated oil add ginger garlic paste cook and add pureed tomatoes cook for a while as the rawness goes add all the masala powder s like turmeric red chilli powder coriander powder jeera powder and cook
    5. Next on high flames add the milk keep stirring it continuosly so that it doesn't curdle and cook till it forms a thick mixture
    6. To the above mixture add the fried chicken and slowly mix it without breaking the chicken pieces.
    7. After chicken is cooked in the mixture for 5 mins add the cashew and onion paste and stir well
    8. To this mixture add the left over curd and garam masala and cook for 10 mins on low flame with lid
    9. After removing the lid stir well and at last add cream and Kasturi methi salt and mix well on low flame for 5 mins
    10. Put off the flame serve hot and garnish it with ginger green chillies band coriander leaves
    11. Serve hot with roti or rice
